Property Inspection in ASTURIAS
We offer a regular property inspection service which provides vital information to you, the property owner. We inspect for storm damage, leaks, signs of break-in, and for comunications from utility companies. We then agree any remedies or actions with you.
The frequency of inspection that offers each individual the best level of peace-of-mind can be determined on a client by client basis. However our experience shows that our standard package of two visits a month provides sufficient cover for most properties. All this is provided at a fixed monthly fee, which is guaranteed for the first 2 years of your contract with us. |
